#2 If I looked in your fridge right now, what would I find?

 Have you seen videos on any social media talking about if you have an ingredient house or a snack house? These are funny to me. I never gave this any thought, but I totally grew up in an ingredient house.  There was always food. But there wasn't always a bag of chips or cookies.  In a family of 5, if you did have some sort of "snack food" it didn't last long.  So, it was much easier and cost effective to be an ingredient house.   I have fond memories of coming home late at night from a date or night with friends.  My brother would always be awake, and I was always hungry.  That was when we would get creative.  My go to snack was saltine crackers with mayo, cheese, & green olives.  One night we decided we wanted to try and poach eggs.  Don't ask me why! We went through several eggs. We tried different methods and made mostly a mess.  We tried several times to make a cake. We didn't have a recipe we just started adding....
